About This Course
Purpose
This course helps students check their emotional, social, and mental well-being.
It is not a test. It is a simple activity to understand how a student is feeling and if they need support.
How it works
Student completes short, guided assessments
Questions are easy to read and answer
No right or wrong answers
Students can take their time and answer honestly
What we assess
Emotional well-being (feelings, stress, confidence)
Bullying experience (being bullied or bullying others)
Abuse indicators and safety concerns
Suicide risk and self-harm warning signs
Mental health status
Child development milestones
What you’ll receive
A well-being report for the student
Clear summary of strengths and concerns
Helpful suggestions and next steps
If needed, support from a counsellor for early help
For parents
Parents can view the report in the Parent Dashboard
Please encourage your child to answer honestly
Give them a safe and quiet space
This is not an exam, it is to help them feel better
