About This Course

Purpose

This course helps students check their emotional, social, and mental well-being.
It is not a test. It is a simple activity to understand how a student is feeling and if they need support.

How it works
  • Student completes short, guided assessments

  • Questions are easy to read and answer

  • No right or wrong answers

  • Students can take their time and answer honestly

What we assess
  • Emotional well-being (feelings, stress, confidence)

  • Bullying experience (being bullied or bullying others)

  • Abuse indicators and safety concerns

  • Suicide risk and self-harm warning signs

  • Mental health status

  • Child development milestones

What you’ll receive
  • A well-being report for the student

  • Clear summary of strengths and concerns

  • Helpful suggestions and next steps

  • If needed, support from a counsellor for early help

For parents
  • Parents can view the report in the Parent Dashboard

  • Please encourage your child to answer honestly

  • Give them a safe and quiet space

  • This is not an exam, it is to help them feel better
